Sarah FahieChoreographerOriginally from Australia, Sarah Fahie is engaged throughout Europe as a choreographer, movement director and staff director in the fields of opera, theatre and contemporary dance. Her opera engagements have included choreography for La Traviata and La Bohème for Opera Holland Park, Mid Wales Opera’s Bartered Bride and The Birds by Ed Hughes for The Opera Group. At the Guildhall School of Music and Drama Sarah has provided the choreography for Le Rencontre Imprévue, Mignon, Le Nozze di Figaro and Masquerade. She has also has worked as assistant and revival choreographer on productions at major houses in Italy and Spain. Sarah’’s 09/10 engagements include reviving Falstaff for Glyndebourne on Tour, Associate director for the première of David Sawer’s music theatre piece Rumplestilskin with Birmingham Contemporary Music Group and the choreography for Capriccio at Grange Park Opera.
