Sarah FahieChoreographerOriginally from Australia, Sarah Fahie’s opera engagements have included movement direction for The Gambler (Richard Jones’ production) at The Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, choreography for Stephen Medcalf’s production of Capriccio at Grange Park as well as choreography for La Traviata and La Bohème for Opera Holland Park and Mid Wales Opera’s Bartered Bride. She recently was Associate Director for the première of David Sawer’s music theatre piece Rumplestiltskin with Birmingham Contemporary Music Group and has also worked as assistant director and revival choreographer on productions at major houses in Italy and Spain. Sarah’s 11/12 season projects include choreography and movement direction for Il Tabarro and Suor Angelica at the Royal Opera House (Jones), recorded for DVD release, and Aida at the Royal Albert Hall (Medcalf).
