The season’s other engagements include the world premiere of Carl Rütti’s Requiem with
The Bach Choir and The Southern Sinfonia in Winchester Cathedral, the first performance of
Philip Wilby’s Bronte Mass with The Leeds Philharmonic Chorus and The Royal Liverpool
Philharmonic Orchestra. Hill will make début appearances with the BBC Philharmonic
Orchestra and Chorus conducting John Tavener’s The Beautiful Names and with the Orchestra
and Chorus of Opera North for the St John Passion.
