Samuel Boden takes the title role of Cavalli’s L’Ormindo in Kasper Holten’s new production for the Royal Opera at the Sam Wanamaker Playhouse, London with Christian Curnyn conducting. The performances on March 26, 28, 29, April 1, 2, 4, 5, 8 & 9 are part of the inaugural season at the new candle-lit theatre adjacent to Shakespeare’s Globe.
